Does HPP change the taste or nutrition of my product? No heat is used, so flavor, color, texture, and nutrients are largely preserved — unlike thermal pasteurization.
What foods work with HPP? Refrigerated, already-packaged items in flexible or semi-rigid containers — juice, dips and salsas, sliced meats and sausage, seafood and shellfish, prepared sauces, and dairy products like yogurt.
What’s your minimum order quantity and turnaround time? We do not have a minimum order quantity. Turnaround is generally within 1 business day.
Do I need to change my packaging? Usually not, as long as it’s flexible or semi-rigid, water-resistant, and free of trapped air. We’ll review your packaging during onboarding.
Can HPP replace pasteurization for dairy or acidified products? Not automatically — dairy and low-pH acidified foods (like shelf-stable salsa) have their own regulatory requirements around heat treatment that HPP doesn’t substitute for by default. We can walk you through where HPP fits for your specific product.
