How Pricing Works
HPP pricing is fundamentally based on how much product can be processed in a single run cycle of the machine. The per-cycle rate will then be converted to a per-pound or per-unit price. How much product can be processed in a cycle depends mostly on product volume when in its final packaging. Discounts may be offered for significant volume. Please contact us for a quote personalized to your product. Post-processing packing must be assessed on an individual basis and will be determined by the necessary labor.
Getting Started
- Submit product and packaging details for a compatibility check.
- Receive results and, where applicable, a process authority letter.
- Run a trial batch to validate shelf life and quality.
- Complete onboarding paperwork as well as a master manufacturing record for your product.
- Schedule recurring appointments or spot production runs
Juice Co-Packing
If you have a recipe but need production help, we can introduce you to one of our co-packing partners, who offer mixing, batching, bottle filling and capping, and labeling. Contact us for details.
Logistics
Transportation to and from our facility is arranged by the customer. Post-processing packaging such as case packing , cartoning, and palletizing can often be performed on site if packaging is provided by the customer or alternately product can be shipped to a destination of the customer’s choice for further handling. We maintain refrigerated cold chain requirements while at our facility but cannot accommodate frozen products at this time. Following processing, we include short term refrigerated storage but do not have the ability to store products long term.
